Dilli Bhattarai, member of The Small Earth Nepal (SEN), presented his research poster at MAIRS Open Science Conference in China, 7-10 April 2014. Mr. Bhattarai is a research grantee for IDRC-University of Nairobi Master Scholarship in the Research Grants on Innovative Application of ICTs in Addressing Water Related Impacts of Climate Change project. The poster was a part of his research activities for his master degree thesis.
The conference was organized by Monsoon Asia Integrated Regional Study (MAIRS), Institute of Sociology/Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS), and Institute of Atmospheric Physics/Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). The conference was attended by about 250 participants from 24 different countries and presented with 19 keynotes speeches and 26 parallel sessions. Sixty research posters were presented in the poster session of the conference.
